You certify that all information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and agree to hold HRlogics ACA and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred as a result of inaccuracies on employee’s employment and wage information as a results of inaccurate information provided to us during data submission. HRlogics ACA will keep record of all responses received during data submission, as well as any additional information received after the initial data submission.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. It is the Employer's additional responsibility to secure all passwords, access, and IDs released to their administrators. HRlogics ACA will not release any information on an employer's employee to a potential verifier without the express authorization by the employee or as required by law. The employee retains full control by use of ID numbers and passwords set up on this website as to the recipients of their salary information.
The accuracy and timeliness of the information contained on this website is the responsibility of your Employer or former Employer providing the information to HRlogics ACA, and as such, HRlogics ACA makes no representation or warranty for such information. Security of the information on the website is the responsibility of HRlogics ACA, but becomes the responsibility of the Employee after it's released to a Verifier at the request of the Employee.
Use of the data obtained through this service must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Use for any other purpose may result in a violation of the FCRA and is subject to the penalties as defined by the act.
A Verifier choosing to be invoiced for the use of this website is subject to a credit check to establish creditworthiness. Any information of this nature obtained by HRlogics ACA is confidential, and will not be shared with any other party. Any balances due to HRlogics ACA over 30 days, or misuse of this site, may cause restriction or denial of access to the site.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
